True Cafe - Digital Gateway (map)
Discussion topic: Future startup opportunities in Thai web/mobile space
We could think of what fields are interesting in Thailand as the country start to connect and use Internet more actively. Mobile space is interesting. What sort of business models and ideas could work in Thailand. When are such startup businesses relevant. etcetc.
Location: Go to exit 2 from Siam BTS station. Walk down the stairs and vola - True cafe is there. Let's meet at the stand up tables close to the entrance. You cannot miss it. http://www.bts.co.th/th/images/Station%20Ma...
Purpose of the meeting is to get people together who are interested in the same area (web, entrepreneur, startup, etcetc).
Just meet good people and have a chat about subject area.
Anything other additional events in the future will follow.. let's first get to know each others :)
Ville, can we make it 11am? I suppose most entrepreneurs do not wake up early, because they dont need to. 11am is also good to avoid rush hour traffic.
Hi Denis, thanks for the comment.
Actually we continued the meeting to a lunch until 13.00. If you show up at 11am - i trust someone will join u for coffee (me at least if no one else.
This leaves u to burn that midnight oil (why o why - you can also work at mornings and day times :)
Too early for me.. Will join if you ever makes a afterwork meet-up
Hi Jan, be free to propose date and place. We can take this evening event in a separate meetup. Tnx.
Wish I could make it, but I just got back from Thailand a few weeks ago :(
