The "We're back" event!

The Baltimore JavaScript meetup is starting up in full swing again, so let's get together, talk about JS tech and get to know each other again!

Show your support and attend our re-kick off event!

Our speaker is Matthew Forr, who will talk about LeafletJS, the open-source version of google maps that is used by Flickr, Foursquare, and Mapbox.

During his talk Matt will dive into Leaflet's API, strategies for structuring your applications, and how to write your own plugin.

After his talk we will break out into smaller groups and discuss more specific LeafletJS and mapping topics. Bring your code if you want to show it off or get suggestions.

For more info about parking and location, visit the DHF web site: http://www.digitalharbor.org/visit-us/

Sandwiches and drinks (no alcohol allowed at DHF) will be available, generously provided by Advertising.com/AOL.

Glad to see you're back! Wish I could make it, but I've got to pick up a friend at the airport.

Hey all you excited Baltimore JavaScript people—have you heard of NodeSchool? It's a free event that I run here in Baltimore where you come and learn JavaScript and Node.js principles in a casual environment. Know anyone who wants to learn Node.js or JavaScript in general? Check it out and tell all your friends! Attendees and mentors welcome!

Next free event on 7/20, reserve a spot now:
