You need to get out sometime, right? Get together with fellow San Diego geeks to hang out and watch things burn. It's just a casual get-together for talk and fellowship, with drinks (soft drinks only -- it's the law -- sorry about that) and chips.

Anybody into Web 2.0, the technology industry, IT, Twitter, blogging, Facebook, MySpace, social networks, science fiction, fantasy, RPGs, MMOs, comics, manga, anime, Comic-Con, Dr. Who, Star Trek, or anybody who likes spending time with people who are into those things.
The event is hosted by Mitch Wagner and Gina Trapani. Mitch is an executive editor at InformationWeek.com, and Gina is founder of Lifehacker.
