More details for tomorrow

Looks like the weather is still going to be nice for tomorrow. Just as a reminder we're meeting on the Minuteman Trail behind Not Your Average Joe's at 645 Mass Ave in Arlington. It's the same Mass Ave from Boston if you were to follow it all the way down. Also Routes 2, 3, and 60 are nearby. If you are taking the T, Bus 70 from Harvard Square and Bus 80 from Lechmere go by there. There's a parking lot behind the restaurant and right next to that is the trail. You have to purchase a ticket for a couple of dollars to put in you car window so read the signs and the ticket machine. Not sure whether it's only until 6:00 p.m. or later. You can also try for a street spot too.

I'll be the female hanging out on the paved trail wearing rollerblades (there probably won't be another). If I think of it I'll wear black sweats and a Northeastern T-shirt. I'll probably have sunglasses on too. If I can figure out how to do it, I'll print out a Meetup sign or two.

Unlike other organized rollerblading groups you don't need to wear a helmet or pads, but it's always a good idea. I usually don't which is what prevents me from being a speed demon.

Also, I've mentioned this before, if anyone is interested in being an organizer, contact Nick. It seems a lot of you are interested in Meetups more north of Boston. I probably will only schedule events within a 10-mile radius of Boston, because that's what I know and they're T accessible since not everyone has a car.

One last thing, anyone can always e-mail the group at [address removed] to find someone to skate with. Some members have chosen the "digest" setting which collects all e-mails from members in one day and sends just one e-mail (at 5:00 a.m. the next day). So if people decided to go rollerblading that day some members won't get it until the next day. A two-day notice for last minute skates would reach more members.

Hope to see you tomorrow!
