Halo & the future of software architecture + A brief history of cloud arch too!

You've heard of the game Halo? You know, the first-person shooter video game - the one that's sold 50 million copies worldwide? Did you know it is now backed by the Azure cloud? Come hear about that, but the story here is much bigger than how Halo uses Azure. Hear about the real-world architectural challenge that Halo was facing - for which Azure didn't have a solution - and how a Microsoft Research project called Orleans came to the rescue - and in the process became a new Azure service. Believe me, you do want to know about Orleans because it will shape how your future applications will be architected.
