It’s been an action-packed start to 2016 for mobile C# developers. Thanks to recent announcements at Microsoft Build 2016 (https://blog.xamarin.com/xamarin-for-all/), Xamarin is now included at no extra cost in all Visual Studio subscriptions, including the free Visual Studio Community Edition. Xamarin Evolve 2016 was also full of announcements including exciting additions to Xamarin.Forms, new previews for Xamarin Studio and Visual Studio, the open sourcing of the Xamarin SDKs, and more!

To celebrate, we are teaming up with the Xamarin University team to throw a fantastic Spring Fling to recap all the exciting announcements made at Microsoft Build and Xamarin Evolve, and get some hands-on mobile learning with Xamarin University to help you get started building native mobile apps for iOS, Android, and Windows in C#.

Join us on May 19th for to recap major announcements, enjoy some food and cake, and network with fellow Xamarin developers and engineers.

PARKING: There is construction taking place in the Green Parking Garage which is making parking hard to find. We suggest that your guests park at the 1 Memorial Drive garage and walk back to our 255 Main Street location. It is a short walk, and while the weather might not be optimal, this solution will reduce the amount of time that you are looking for a spot. If you would like to park in the Green Garage and there is a “garage full sign”, we ask that they pull up to the gate and push the intercom located next to the ticket dispense button and identify yourself as a guests of Microsoft. An attendant will then let you in and direct you to the valet area. If there is no room in valet, they will direct you to the yellow garage.
