March 2012 Titanium Meetup - Denver Meeting

This month, Zettie Chin-Fong will do a presentation on ForgedUI (http://www.forgedui.com), a drag and drop interface builder for Titanium.

Titanium allows development for multiple mobile platforms using native controls that leverage the strengths inherent to each platform. Apps can share back-end interfaces and data, but must have a UI/UX that honors the native look & feel of each platform. "ForgedUI is a visual design tool that allows Titanium Studio developers to quickly and easily design and develop app interfaces for iPhone and Android platforms." We'll take a look at ForgedUI in terms of cost, licensing, support & flexibility.

Zettie will also be discussing a non-community version of Titanium Studio and explore what extras you get when you pay for a "seat".

We found a food sponsor for this meeting and there will be pizza, so it's important that folks RSVP so we make sure we feed everyone!

Schedule is as follows:

6:00-6:30pm: Food and Networking

6:30-6:45pm: Announcements

6:45-7:45pm: ForgedUI presentation, including time for questions

7:45-8:15pm: Open lab/help time

A great big thanks to Zittrium Solutions LLC (http://www.linkedin.com/in/zettiechinfong), a mobile development and solutions company, for providing the food for this meeting.
