In this 1 day course you will discover how to change your beliefs while learning a new
exciting way to release weight and tap into your inner peace? You'll examine your beliefs about food and nurturing. Liberate yourself from
fighting your body needs and appetite. Find the blocks that have been stopping you achieving your ideal body image and weight. You'll address your beliefs relating to strength, stamina, excess weight or eating habits that no longer suit who you are. Are you ready to find your true rhythm in your life?

Certification: You will be certified as a Theta Healing®Rhythm Practitioner as long as you are a basic theta healing practitioner. If you haven't done the basic course you will be certified as having attended this course and will need to do the Theta Healing
Basic Course to become a practitioner. For most this course is taken to change their own relationship to food, life, health and self regard.
This course specifically addresses the beliefs of why we hold onto excess weight and how to release it. The curriculum also delves into underweight conditions. Find the blocks that have been stopping you achieving your ideal body image and weight. And understand about weight loss and liberation. This course isn’t about who is the skinniest or most beautiful! It’s about being comfortable in your own body and finding inner peace and happiness through accepting who you are and embracing your true self! It’s about finding our inner beauty and learning to love our selves for who we truly are and being kind to our physical bodies while unblocking what is holding us back from grabbing our dreams and never letting go. It is finding a real rhythm for your mind, body and spirit, while tapping into your inner beauty and love for your self through your own dreams and desires!
