When we are truly attuned to nature, we will know it and understand it from the inside. Nature expresses the sublime. A snow-capped mountain, a fragrant cherry tree in bloom, a stunning sunset over the ocean inspires awe and reverence. Your understanding begins with simple, direct contact: becoming aware of the grass under your feet or the rustle of the leaves in the trees above you. Attune yourself to nature by attuning your own awareness to what is all around you. Then you become a part of a peaceful moment in nature, busy just being trees and grass and flowers and you. You become aware of the whole, experiencing the wonders of nature through your own wonder. You are not so different: You are nature itself.

Tonight’s guided meditation is suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators alike. We will begin with the focus of the breath, using the power of the breath to release any stress and tension, and promote relaxation of the mind and body. From here you will be guided on an inner journey to a beautiful nature reserve teaming with wildlife, a place where you can find deep relaxation and be at One with nature...soaking in the sheer bliss and wonder of the picturesque landscape, the animals and the birds. This journey will activate your imagination and is designed to promote deep relaxation, happiness and wellbeing.

Please bring a notebook and pen if you wish to record your experiences. Documenting your meditation sessions, as a personal record for yourself, will help you to chart your progress and can give clarity to any messages or symbols you might experience during meditation.

Reiki Healing will be available afterwards for those who want it.
