**Its time to get in SHAPE...NO more excuses**
Get started on a running program with your Brooklyn neighbors! Whether your a triathlete, training for a marathon or just looking to stay in shape. All levels of experience welcome, especially beginners just starting out. We'll meet up in either Brooklyn Heights (Brooklyn Bridge), Williamsburg/Greenpoint, Bayridge, Coney Island, Prospect Park or Ft Green Park depending on where more people prefer.
"Heart rate" monitors are suggested on all runs but not mandatory
*You should be able to run between 3 and 5 miles if your considering joining this group
*All new member profiles must have a photo before approved*
