WHO IS THE LONDON POKER LEAGUE?

We started this group and as somewhere to play as a hobby for players in london
We are poker players and organise this for poker players, that is our moto really.

HOW MUCH ARE OUR NIGHTS?

When you arrive at the venue you will be told what is the buy in for that evening.
London Poker League's set buy in is only £5 + £2 for the whole night of entertainment and poker action, the £5 goes directly into the pot.
The £2 goes forward to pay our running costs, tournament director, chips, tables, cards, advertising, website(s), mobile and internet communication, promotion and all other related poker issues. This is classed as a donation on the ni

CAN WE PLAY SIDE GAMES IF I BUST OUT EARLY?

It all depends on the venue in which you are playing at, but more often than not it is a yes, as long as it is not for money ;0)

WHERE CAN I SEE ALL THE RESULTS FROM THE TOURNAMENTS?

All the information of previous winners and the final table will be included on http://www.bubblepoke..., please make sure that you bookmark us and do check back every day.

I AM A BEGINNER, WHAT IS THE BEST NIGHT TO PLAY ON?

Any of our nights are totally fine for beginners, with our relaxed atmosphere and helpfull players that will guide you through every hand.

DO YOUR NIGHTS HAVE A DRESS CODE?

There is no dress code for any of our venues, casual is fine but not naked! LOL!

HOW CAN I BECOME A MEMBER AND DO I HAVE TO JOIN IN ADVANCED?

Just come down to the night of your choice, fill in a membership form with a few minor details and there you go you are ready to play poker to your hearts content. There is no 24 hour cooling off period, you can sign up and play on the same day.

IS IT LEGAL?

Private groups like BubblePoker.co.uk have to meet very strict criteria in order not to fall foul of the law. The Gambling Commission have laid down clear directions on this in reference to sections 6, 40 and 41 of The Gaming Act (1968), and their most recent guidance was issued on the 6th July 2006.
