CTF: Night Game 2 (Rainless Edition?)

Since it was so much fun, even in the rain, our next game will be another night game. All the good stuff you've come to expect: flashing LED flags, glowing necklaces, mad rushes, and sneaking by cover of night. And if you've missed the last one, you especially owe it to yourself to come. Same place, same time. When getting to Lafayette Park, the parking situation is dicey. I recommend carpooling or public transport.

This time we're going to try some new variations of play in addition to our standard games. I'd like to play-test the following ideas:
