CSS Hack Night
Details
You have seen JavaScript/Node.js and Ruby on Rails hackathons (also known as Hack Day, hackfest or codefest) but why not a css hackathon?
Cascade Bos will hold our first CSS Hack Night on Tuesday, February 24. Start time is listed at 6 p.m., but drop in when you can after 6 (will go till about 9). You can do anything related to CSS, such as css-preprocessors (sass/less mix-ins, etc) or CSS Animations.
Come with CSS hacks/projects that you would like to try out/play with, or we will have challenges ("code kata") for you ready.
There will be subject matter experts and mentors to learn new things for developers/designers of all experience levels.
At the end, we can have a quick lightning round of "show and tell".
