Aug. 1st, 2010, Sunday 2:30 PM (meet).
CCF Bike Ride along the Beach.
We leave at 2:45 PM (no waiting, so don’t be late) from Costa Mesa to Huntington Beach Pier for early dinner and back by around 6:30 PM. The ride is flat for most of the 14 miles round trip with a few grade changes under the roads we cross. Call to RSVP, 714-328-0318 and get directions.

Theater and Dinner in Orange
Meet in front of the AMC 30 Theater at the Block of Orange, Address: 20 City Blvd West, Ste.1, Orange, CA 92868, 1-888-AMC-4FUN, at 4 PM to select and see a movie of your choice. After the show, enjoy dinner at a nearby restaurant. Contact: 714-424-0600 or 949-283-9672.

August 21st, 2010, Saturday 5 PM
Mass at OLQA and Dinner
Corpus Christi Fellowship (CCF) will meet for 5 PM Mass at Our Lady Queen of Angeles, 2046 Mar Vista Drive in Newport Beach, CA 92660.
After Mass, we plan to congregate in the lobby of the OLQA Parish Center, which is next to the Church, shortly before departing to a nearby restaurant for dinner. A sign will be posted at the front door of OLQA's Parish Center to let latecomers know what restaurant we chose for our dining pleasure. This time, bring a dinner jacket because we might just enjoy some fine dining with a specially priced bill of fare. For further information, call (949) 283-9672 or (714) 328-0318.

Dear CCF Members,

Prayers Needed:
Wanted to ask for prayer for Hector's mom, Carmela. She was doing relatively well recently but went to her doctor's appointment and found out she has cancer in her lung, bladder and kidney. Don't know what treatment will be or when it will start but it will most likely be chemotherapy and/or radiation and last time she had cancer (2 yrs ago) the treatment was pretty tough... Thanks for your prayers. Will tell you more when we know.
