Backpacking, Colorado!

READ BEFORE YOU RSVP:

This trip has special requirements. You must be physically capable of making this trip as determined by the trip leader. You must also be able to bring all required gear. You MUST contact Michael Largent prior to RSVPing to get approval. If you don't have correct gear, please contact Aaron Gong... NSO might be able to provide what you lack. RSVP for this event closes on 6-13-2013.

This trip isn't for everyone. It's a long, grueling climb through Aspen Colorado. The trip will span a total of 9 days, and the entire trip will be in the wild back-country of the Maroon Bells Wilderness, climbing peaks higher than 14,000 feet.

We will live out of our backpacks.

An estimated charge cost of around 200 dollars (estimate) is required per participant. This includes travel expenses. (This costs includes some assistance provided by NSO via fundraising efforts. If you cannot attend fundraising... or if you RSVP too late for fundraising, this estimate might be low).

Participants are required to have proper gear, experience, and physical conditioning for the trip and must be approved by myself.

There is a strict attendance limit due to travel, costs, and regulations of the National Park.
