Avoiding Change Wreck: Part II Executing Change
In life and in leadership, you can lead change or get run over by it. Change is inevitable...and relentless. If you want change to be positive and not a wreck, you have to lead it!
An Aerospace Engineering degree from Georgia Tech launched Dick on a 45 year business career highlighted by serving as CEO of The Aerostructures Corporation (operations in three states, 2000+ employees and $300 million in sales). A two year stint as President of a large commercial shipyard was followed by serving for six years as the Executive Pastor of a large church in Franklin, Tennessee.
Living with his wife, Dottie, in Franklin, Tennessee, Dick’s time and energy are fully focused on his leadership development company, serving his church and community, and enjoying his family—especially his three grandsons (ask to see the pictures!).
