Charlotte Kubernetes 1 Year Birthday Party!

Hello Charlotte Kubernauts!

Welcome to the "official" Kubernetes Meetup for Charlotte, NC (sponsored by Google/CNCF). I have several big announcements to make when we meet on August 3rd (Wednesday) at 7PM.

What makes this Meetup special? Kubernetes is turning 1 year old in July and we're throwing a huge party! There will be swag, quiz questions, food, drinks and lots of fun.

Not comfortable with Kubernetes yet? No problem! We'll be "rebooting" our Meetup, and building a Kubernetes cluster so you can use it and learn at your own pace afterwards. This is a great opportunity to learn and ask questions.

I am still waiting for assistance with a location. So if any of you can offer a training room, it would be extremely helpful. I would like to have this information posted in no later than the beginning of next week. I'd like to have it close to Uptown so more people can attend, but if everyone would prefer to keep it at Red Ventures that's fine also.
