Open to people of all backgrounds, all beliefs and attitudes - whether you're spiritual, religious, athiest, scientific or simply curious - you are totally welcome. This is a forum to explore and express oneself with complete freedom. Meet other spiritual seekers and learn how to develop through discussion, meditation, prayer and shared experiences.
A meeting generally includes a vegetarian meal (langhar), open discussion, meditation. If the weather is good then we may sit outside in a beautiful garden setting in the company of lovely, peaceful animals.
