As the name suggests this is a hands on 1 day basic photography course. You will learn the basics of photography, including composition, focusing and exposure, while visiting this wonderful part of the country.
The Course is suited to all camera types from small digital and film to larger and the more advanced SLR.
What to Expect: We will all meet up in Newbridge house where there is a room provided for a 2 hours talk on the Photography techniques, methods and skills.
After this we visit the gardens of Newbridge house to take some pictures with the instructor available to give advice on how to get the best results, with regards to composition and lighting.
After lunch we will then take a short walk in the area to get some more exciting pictures. The Instructor will be you all day and available for any questions you might have about photography or your camera.
Then we will return to Newbridge house to go through some of your pictures and to go over what we have learned from the day.
It's a great day out with a chance to really get to grips with your camera and your creative side.

Getting There:
- The House is within easy walking distance of Donabate Village.
- By Car: Signposted from the M1/N1 Dublin-Belfast just north of Swords.
- By Train: Northbound trains from Connolly or Pearse Street Stations stopping at Donabate Train Station.
