Come meet CETex board member from San Antonio, Nick Lee. Nick is also the organizer for Clean Elections Texas-San Antonio.

We are going to talk about getting the word out about public funding of elections during the upcoming primary season (which may be really long!) and leading up to introducing public funding legislation for our legislative session in 2013. It seems far away, but we need to start now! We want your suggestions and opinions as we begin to sketch out our strategy for the next year.

Let's talk about introducing candidates and electeds to the idea of conducting a campaign season without the need of "dialing for dollars" and of being in office without a funding "monkey" on your back. It's being done in other cities and states. Why not Texas?
