Meditation is the best thing you can do for yourself because it strengthens you from inside. It complements other things you do for wellness, and counteracts life stresses and strains on your spirit and health.A variety of meditation techniques are used but peace and inner quiet is the outcome of each and every meditation session.
The group meditation in Coquitlam is held every Sunday at 7pm and starting November 11, every Wednesday at 7:30pm.

In addition to meditation, Saima also offers yoga classes and workshops. The Yoga Classes are an experience in connecting the body with mind and spirit. 1. To reserve a spot, please use the RSVP feature on meet-up.com. Since the attendee limit is only 8-10 people, it is better to sign up in advance.
2. For Coquitlam, once you RSVP, please arrive at 7pm on Sunday to the following location: 124, 1685 Pinetree Way, Coquitlam BC V3E. It is a townhome complex with a visitor parking lot where you can park your car. There is also plenty of street parking. Bus #C28 and #C29 both serve the complex.
