Dog Lovers, Food Trucks Gather for Waggin' Wednesdays

In celebration of all things canine, ChicagoFoodTrucks.com , in partnership with Chicago Party Animals, will launch 'Waggin' Wednesdays' on August 10th in the Fulton Market from 6:30-9pm. Waggin' Wednesdays will provide a weekly, canine-friendly venue for pet owners to connect and try Chicago's food truck fare. Fido to Go (http://www.fidotogo.net/) will be headlining the trucks with yummy gourmutt dog treats. Fido even has ice cream highlighting some of the goumet food trucks. The event will take place every Wednesday, into the winter. Each week, donations for alcohol and beverages will be donated to a charity or organization that advocates on behalf of canines. On August 10th, proceeds will benefit the Puppy Mill Project!!!

ChicagoFoodTrucks.com , launched in March 2010, has two goals. First, to get a sense of what the people of Chicago thought about the food truck trend and gather their opinions about

what they wanted to see around (if anything). Second, to create awareness about the lack of

food trucks and to gather support in order to pass this proposed ordinance.

Chicago Party Animals is the perfect space for almost any event, whether it is dog related or not. It is a large, bright facility that has an energy that just breathes fun.
