Sounds like you are using your gift of prophecy - you know what you know when you know it. If you get words/phrases in your head, that is called clairaudience. A lot of people get hung up on the terminology and then discount what they get. Good for you that you are so in tune. The key is having happen on demand. That you can learn to do.”
