Sorry I missed so many on Sunday!

I did arrive and attend, but Stephen was the only one able to find me. I'm afraid I didn't arrive as planned and didn't get there until about 8 minutes to. My apologies, and my mistake completely. Time got away from me!
For those who didn't attend, let me start by saying that the Chicago Classical is a wonderful, talented group. They are the "other" pro orchestra located within Chicago, and they do not disappoint. If any of you are players and looking to play professionally, go to their website-they're holding auditions soon and you can send for audition info.
The acoustics in the hall were gorgeous. We were in the back, but it was no strain to hear every different instrument and all the subtleties of each piece. I'm so glad to have been able to attend!
The cultural center has these free concerts every Sunday at 3 pm. Check out their site for any other info. Also, they have performances each Monday at 12:15pm for those of you who work in the area. Nice lunch break, huh?

The official move date for me is March 27. Then I should be able to focus much more attention to the group. In the meantime, please do keep ideas coming-none are getting ignored, they're all saved! Also, please feel free to send a general email about any event you may be attending and wish to see if others in the group are interested in joining you.

Just a quick update on the CSO-they aren't being terribly responsive. So instead of emailing and calling again, I'll be showing up at their offices after the move. I'm proud to be a very obstinate, stubborn and persistent little thing when ignored like this. CSO may have walked away from the group, but they did start it up and, at least I feel, have a responsibility of some sorts towards it. After all, ignoring customers (or potential customers) is NEVER a good business practice!
