Has anyone seen this fruit being sold at local Asian markets? Anmole (庵摩勒) in Chinese?

Is this the one that gets brown spots on it when ripe and tastes somewhat like an apple (crunchy and crispy) with a hard seed in middle? I used to love this fruit in China if this is the one and would love to eat it again!!

I'm not sure if it's the same one as you had in China or not. I'm curious to try this fruit because it's suppose to be a "super fruit". The way you're describing your fruit sounds like the jujubee (chinese date). You can purchase that at Asian markets during season.
