Moraga Bootcamp is a comprehensive, women's only, total body workout. The class meets Monday, Wednesday and Friday at Moraga Commons, on the Band Shell from 8:15am-9:15am. The workouts vary from day to day with no two alike, which ads to the fun. Martin Sadalski, former US Military Sergeant, leads the class and will motivate you to aspire to your best possible fitness levels in a fun, hard working setting.
