Bainbridge Twp. Running Club was started by Beth Minadeo and Jo Bauswein in March 2011. We wanted to create a local running club that includes runners and walkers of all levels. This club will be promoting a fun, nonjudgmental and encouraging environment. We will be using this site to spread information about the club's weekly runs, local races and any events we sponsor.
We're singles, couples, students, families, dancers (and cupcake lovers!) who revel in listening and dancing to LIVE SWING, JAZZ, '50's and BIG-BAND MUSIC (. The first Friday of every month, about 150 friendly people of all ages learn some basic dance steps and get to know one another other at the pre-dance lesson. We dance the Jitterbug, Lindy Hop, Balboa, and a little Charleston. We might work in a little Cha Cha, or a Fox Trot … always to the BEST LIVE BANDS. We do a Waltz and a couple …
Rock climbing is an incredibly fun activity. There are some great indoor rock climbing facilities in the area that we will take advantage of throughout the year. In the summer we will be planning some outdoor rock climbing, with perhaps day trips or an overnight trip or two to the fantastic gorges in West Virginia. For the real adventurous, we will be planning a multi-day ice climbing trip during the winter months. Members new to climbing are encouraged to attend the meetups. Most events will be …

As a group we form a sacred circle of healing, prayer, and visioning to tap into the blueprint of creation and effect transformation beyond the physical realm. We then bring whatever guidance and wisdom …
We are beginning a bi-monthly get-together to discuss and encourage an alkaline approach to healthy habits. Dr. Robert O. Young says that when we are ill it is due to an over-acidification of the body from an inverted way of eating, living or thinking. The purpose of this meeting is to share information about the areas of our life that we can improve on that will help us to uncover optimal information for our foods, the products we use and the thoughts that we have. Please join us a …

Anyone interested in interacting with like minded spiritual seekers and enjoys walking is welcome. We are on the east side of the Cleveland so if you are on the east side then it helps. But we might be interested in exploring west side trails as well from time to time. The main idea is to get togethe …

Join us for a monthly book and wine meetup where we can all enjoy a glass of wine and discuss the book of the month. In this club, we intend to read modern literature, chick literature, and some fluffier non- fiction. But don't worry, we aren't nearly as particular about our wine! As an active member, please come prepared with a few bo …
