Jaguar Heritage Museum Visit
Details
One for the Jaguar fans!!
Trip down to Coventry to see the exhibits at the Jaguar Heritage museum.
Meet us in Yorkshire, to travel down in convoy, or alternatively meet us at the museum itself.
If travelling in convoy from Yorkshire - we're meeting at Woolley Edge Services (southbound) at 9am, to set off from there at 9:15.
We're aiming to be at the museum by about 11:30.
We've arrange to have a guided tour of the museum (cost to be shared between those attending - capped at max of £3.00 per person - children no charge, of course).
Details of the museum and it's exhibits (from the museum website):
"The museum is open plan and allows visitors to inspect the cars on display, which range from 1897 to the present day. The museum holds around 30 cars, from the collection of more than 120 vehicles. Many models are original and fully operational, just as they left the factory. Others are unique, including concept cars and the XJ13 racing car. In addition to the vehicle collection the museum houses sculptures, paintings, trophies and awards associated with the unique Jaguar heritage."
