Yeah, and if it looks like a woman, it has to be the Virgin Mary.
However, not only is there not one word about Jesus' physical appearance in the Bible, but depictions showing him with long hair and a beard were not common until the 6th century. Earlier depictions vary a lot, often showing him with short hair and/or no beard.  It always seemed ironic to me that today Jesus is almost always depicted with long hair, but the Bible says, "Does not nature itself teach you that if a man wears long hair it is a disgrace for him...?" (I Cor. 11:14). Of course one could quibble about what "long" means. In any case, evidently it's also unlawful for guys to trim their side burns and beards: Leviticus 19:27 (NIV) "Do not cut the hair at the sides of your head or clip off the edges of your beard."
