So they gladly admit to wanting the "good old days" of scientific ignorance back; a time when religious disobedience  was punishable by death. It's too bad that technology that contradicts your religious belief, can be used to spread the belief it contradicts. Blissfully creating such a paradox seems so logically bereft as to be almost criminal. Why oh why can't we dump him back in time so he can see his jesus, not rising from the dead. Somehow I hope that as Billy boy takes his last breath, he gets a mental image of skeleton christ, being dug up by by wild pigs.

One of my favorite stories about Billy. He was preaching one of his fired up sermons, really going to town, had the whole stadium all riled up. When it was over someone came up to him and said he was very disaapointed in Billy's sermon, that he set the church back 200 years. Bill replied, then I am disappointed two, I wasn't trying to set the church back 200 years , I was trying to set it back two thousand years! "give me that ole time religion"!!!

HOLY SHIT!!!!!!!!!!  Not only can this person not spell, let alone use the correct "too", but this is the person's FAVORITE story of Billy!  Oh, and it was "liked" by three people as of this email.

What a scary world we live in....
