SaaS Success - A Basic Blueprint

While organizations spend a LOT of time understanding the technical transformation required to build a SaaS service, they fail to understand that this is just the anchorage of the transitional bridging they must do. In order to gain share and revenues they must deal with the remaining pieces of the bridge to SaaS success, which are their mindset, their organizational structure and their go to market tactics. This presentation will take a look at a basic blueprint for bridging to SaaS success.

One of the best CloudCamp that I've been to. Microsoft was a gracious host. The CloudCamp was diverse with comparisons to the special uses of each architecture and cloud framework. I had no idea that twitter is as complex a workflow as it is, because of this specialization based on function. Thanks John Adams!

This meetup blew away any of my expectations and has redefined a "Free" conference. Sebastian and everyone involved really stopped at nothing to get the best talent to talk and inspire at this event. Thanks.

Wonderful, I took a tidbit from every speaker. A wonderful gathering, well put together, excellent content on a range of topics. Well organized from facility to refreshments. I can't believe I got that much for FREE. Thanks to the presenters the organizers and the hostess.

This had a nice mix of detail and overview. I wish there was more on-topic comments from the speakers at the "What will PaaS look like in 3 years?" Either the session title was misleading or there was not enough directly relevant thoughts from the speakers. I am sure it is not easy to predict the next 3 years in technology, but would have liked to hear a well thought out set of bets from the speakers.

Thank you all but I don't agree with the Mobile Cloud Section last night. I think mobile App will be replaced into Mobile Web App like this. http://goo.gl/HDtMH is as much as fast like http://goo.gl/Ro0ic even it using Google Docs spreadsheet to insert barcode wirelessly.

I can't say enough. Kudos! Tier one speakers, presentations, venue/facility, on and on. All for free? Those that did not show, and I saw many badges (prepared badges as well, so well structured check in) misse out. I am not a BSEE and a beginner in the world cloud computing. My partner, who also attended is a BSEE. The content was a relative for (must have computing and networkin base knowledge) beginner to an expert. Thank you so much. Thank you to Sebastian, Ferhat, all the speakers, and sponors and anyone else that helped to coordinate and provide an awesome event.
