The members of the Coalition for Equal Parenting, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, dedicate ourselves and our efforts to the creation of a family law system, legislative system, and public awareness which promotes equal rights for ALL parties affected by divorce, the breakup of a family or establishment of paternity.

CFEP is challenging the current system of Colorado family law and family policy.

CFEP was formed to give PARENT'S an outlet for support and to share their stories. These are not “PARENTS” who are out to avoid financial obligations or to ignore their children. These are PARENTS who are heart-sick, worried, scared and frustrated by not being able to spend time with their children. These are PARENTS who are fighting desperately for normal every day contact with their children.

Remember CHILDREN NEED BOTH PARENTS!!!!!!!

What members are saying

Because their rights are being systematically violated without cause and they need to learn about the process they find themselves in.

Others should join because it a safe, professional forum to share and learn. It will be helpful to know that others are going through the same types of problems.
