CocoaCoder.org’s mission to educate, illuminate and assist Mac and iPhone programmers. Whether you are new to Cocoa and Cocoa Touch programming or working on a product, our focus is to help you in your efforts. And we do this for the low, low price of...$0.00. That’s a pretty good deal.

But this isn't just about Cocoa. We love Objective-C, the language Cocoa is written in, because it encourages the programmer to be creative, to find his or her own voice, unlike many other programming languages. In fact, this former C++ programmer would never go back on Objective-C.

We are an "ad hoc" group--there is no "leadership", only members who choose to take initiative and become enlightened. The only thing asked of a member of this group is interest and curiosity.

If you’re interested in learning more about CocoaCoder, just check out our calendar and come to one of our meetings. You can also send an email and we’ll be glad to answer any questions you might have.

Monthly Meeting Format:
Cocoacoder meetings are held every Thursday with the following monthly format,
Presentation – An in-depth discussion. 1 per month.
Talk – A smaller, micro-version of a presentation. 1 per month.
Code Q&A – Bring your code, UI and your questions to your fellow iPhone enthusiasts. 2-3 per month.
