Code Crew: Resources (2/25/2013)

Hey Everyone,

We had a productive study session yesterday and thanks to everyone that came out. A few new faces showed up and we look forward to seeing you again soon.

I think by now everyone is familiar with our blog and we'll just post the weekly resources there each week. If you want to get updates on when they're posted feel free to subscribe to the RSS feed. Posts are also published to our Twitter page as soon as they are posted so be sure to follow the Twitter account for blogs posts and other announcements. Until the next meetup here are this week's resources.

Suggested Readings
This week's suggested reading is a series of a few good articles related to front-end web development. Pretty good stuff for anyone that is interested in jazzing up their front end coding skills. The link to the post is here:

Last week I sent a note about CS50x, which is a free online intro to Computer Science offered by Harvard. C, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and SQL are covered in the course so it will give you a pretty good foundation if you're just starting out. A few Swabbies have decided to take the course and if anyone is interested in going through CS50x together I have tentatively set up a study group on Meetup here

Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or suggestions and have a great week!
