iBeacon Workshop

You're invited to join us at Code Fellows Headquarters as we discover the process of integrating iBeacon technology into new industries. iOS Development instructor John Clem will lead the conversation on iBeacons and experimenting with their potential.

If you have a late model iPhone or Macbook with Bluetooth LE, we will provide applications to turn your device into an iBeacon. In case you don't have a Bluetooth LE device, there will be several iBeacon devices at the workshop, including Estimote (http://estimote.com/) and StickNFind (https://www.sticknfind.com/Beacons&iBeacons/) units. Come prepared to get hands-on demos of real-world applications for the simple-yet-powerful iBeacons technology.
