This, is, annoying. But if you must have an answer, let's say meet, code, print.
The last two most compelling books I recently read that are at all relevant are _Mastering Regular Expressions_ (of which, "read" is really a stretch) and _EPub Straight to the Point_.
iPod Touch (both text and audio), desktop, laptop, smartphone with no data plan, book. Not applicable: tablet, kindle/nook, magazine.
I worked on my first e-book, an American history textbook for W.W. Norton, in 2000, using the execrable TK3. TK3 had no stylesheets, nor had its developers ever, apparently, considered the possibility of semantic markup. So. Much. Clicking.
