What we’re about
If you love to sit for a coffee or tea, meet some great people and chat about all sorts of life's tidbits then this is the group for you. Until the pandemic arrived in March 2020, we met every second Wednesday at the Second Cup on 149th street. Since then we have met online and, once, in a member's back yard. Going forward, we will assess the pandemic risk and select online or a physical location on a meeting-by-meeting basis. Our old location has closed permanently, as far as we can tell.
The coffee group is a bunch of folks who enjoy meeting new people, making new friends, and chatting with those we know. We are here to share some laughter and keen conversation - no judging and we are not here to solve world problems.
The only thing we ask is that the group not be used to solicit business of any kind.
