Our First meeting, learning the first strategy,was wholesaling. Don introduced this concept with basic valuable information that got me excited about doing a wholesale deal again! Next meeting the second strategy will focus on "subject to".

Your Co-orgamizer, Don Kelley will be your presenter. Don is a veteran in the real estate market and has a lot of tips and awesome simple strategies for you to use to spring board your RE. Don brings motivation, education, RE details, and what it will take to building your team of professionals you will need in putting your thoughts in motion to make your investing goals a reality.

This basic RE investing meet up will cycle every quarter. From this meet up your Columbia REIA will begin an intermediate then an advance sessions separate meet up that will also cycle every quarter. We will introduce veterans who will also provide coaching for those that want more of a one on one specifically focusing on an area of RE investing you have a passion for to grow your business.
