Giving Back Something Great!. This is "Breathwurx" developed by me. It draws on ancient healing and spiritual practice from around the world. A combination of everything I learned ranging from yoga, holotropic, tantric breathing techniques, meditation techniques, forgiving yourself and loving yourself techniques, and lastly how to release what you don't want which only makes room for what you do want..

This is a guided breathing experience, while breathing you will enjoy a musical sound journey within this sound journey you will feel live the vibration of the Venus Gong, the gong of love.

I am a Holotropic Breathwork devotee, this is NOT Holotropic Breathwork, that takes all day. This is a guided breathing experience for you to get a sense of what breathe work is like, it produces similar results as: Holotropic Breathwork, but is NOT Holotropic.

What are those results you ask:
a) healing of emotional or physical trauma
b) getting more clarity on your path in life
c) greater sense of inter-connection to nature and the world
d) feeling of compassion and love for yourself and others.
e) experiences of connection with your body and energy release
f) heart opening and transcendent experiences

My intention is to create many beautiful, loving, fun, community events. We will come together at least once a month, maybe twice I'm not sure yet this is still in the making.

Here's my plan, I will share with you what I've learned, and then we will do it. We will breathe new life together and release what doesn't serve us as group we will come to love more and more.
