1. REMEMBERING YOUR TRUE SPIRITUAL IDENTITY and understanding how we may have become separated from ourselves in the first place and

2. Getting beneath the layers of lies and old toxic patterns that have been blocking us and the lies about ourselves we took on long ago and where they came from.

Along the way, we will use recovery literature and meditations including Melody Beattie's The Language of Letting Go, 12-Step Program literature including Courage to Change and my own meditation book All Storms Pass.
