*How often do we find ourselves with an unfinished list of to-do's vs. to-be's? *And how often do we let it get the best of us?
Meditative Breathing is designed for everyone who has needed “me” time in order to eliminate stress, to connect to the energy within, and to creating the BE-ness we want to see in this world through a guided 20-30 minutes of deep awareness and connection to “Self.” However, please allow for a flexible 35-45 minutes for each class.
Jess Ly is a certified life coach through Behavioral Health and Leadership Dynamics, LLC. She has also studied various meditation and breathing techniques. These are the main ones used both in her teachings and personal life: the teachings of Taoist Master Mantak Chia, Mindfulness Meditation, Spiritual Principles and Meditation at the Agape Spiritual Center in L.A., and Transcendental Meditation. She believes, however, it is not so much about gaining the knowledge, but practicing and living it every day that leads to mastery of ‘Self' --- the very crux of meditation itself.
Jess has also taken her own personal journey to meditate with Buddhist monks in the Himalayas and continues to attend silent meditation retreats to allow for greater connection to pure consciousness.
Currently, she teaches at a non-profit organization called “Grandma House of Hope” whose mission is to uplift and care for women in crisis (e.g. serious illnesses, sexual assault, and human trafficking) and children in hunger.
