This class is for anyone interested in learning techniques for self-healing and helping others.
Reiki (ray-key) is a Japanese energy healing technique that restores balance and vitality
by releasing both physical and emotional blocks that are caused by dis-ease or stress.
Reiki (Spiritually Guided Life Force Energy) is powerful, yet wonderfully gentle and nurturing.
It is a supportive adjunctive “Energy Therapy” that can be effectively used with any other medical or healing modality to enhance the “healing response”.
Reiki is a method to aid the body in releasing stress and tension through deep relaxation.
This is a two-day intensive workshop (9:30 AM to 5:30 PM) offered at the Common Ground Wellness Center in Santa Ana, Ca. Completion of this training results in Certification as a Reiki I and II Practitioner through the International Center for Reiki Training.
