This class involves a moderate level of exercise and physical contact.
Participants should wear comfortable clothing.
In this class you will learn:
• Passive yet powerful body positions to diffuse hostile situations.
• Single and Partnered muscle strengthening drills and exercises.
• Partnered drills involving trust and communication.
• Basic Martial Art striking techniques for use in partnered drills.
• Traditional drills and exercises emphasizing philosophy and strategy.
All tied together as an analogy for
Life, Love, and Peace.
All techniques learned will be applied towards
Physical, Emotional, & Spiritual Self-Defense.
Participants will be encouraged to use striking techniques on training pads.
Classes will be lead by William (Bill) Corriveau
William has been studying Martial Arts for nearly 20 years and currently holds the rank of Yondan (4th degree blackbelt) in Uechi-Ryu Karate/Pangai-Noon Kung fu
