STROLLER STRIDES: The best way to get in shape with your baby and meet other moms! Stroller Strides® is the country's largest fitness program for new moms. Classes offer an innovative stroller workout that combines power walking and intervals of body toning using the stroller, the environment, and exercise tubing. Many classes are available and your first class is FREE! LUNA MOMS CLUB: In addition to the classes, Stroller Strides® offers free Luna Moms Club with fun playgroup activities. Enjoy a relaxed and positive environment with other moms while playfully interacting with your babies. We also believe it is important to focus on mom, so you are your best, and we have monthly Mom's Night Outs. Though including a workout in your routine is a powerful tool to maintaining energy and overall health, there is no requirement to enroll in Stroller Strides exercise classes to participate in the associated LUNA Moms Club.
