This group is to help people loosen up,have fun, meet others who love dance, maybe lose weight,be creative and increase their energy through -like dance bootcamp workout,salsa social classes or even just fun dance classes. Workouts combine cardiodance,ab/core movements,resistance training and more. Social dance classes teach how to partner,mix steps together and our weekly dance parties have you meeting other dancers.Fun easy to pick up sessions-group and private. WHo is it for?
Women to lose weight,Couples who need to get out, new in town meet people, who hate the gym.Men who want to learn to dance in a comfortable environment.
Some sessions meet at my studio,some at the beach, some at clubs.
We also have in home learn to make healthy recipes,progressive dinners, and spa days, and fun outings.My experience in fitness and dance has brought me to start this great group for like wise minded adults to have fun and get healthy. There is a $10yearly membership dues to join-this will give you one free class and access to discount reg. dance studio events.
