Tango and Contact Improvisation Dance lessons, jams and milongas in London.

Tango is a dance of passion, and has been describe as sex on legs.

Contact has les structure, but gives the dancers further possibilities for exploration in connection and movement.

We will have workshops and classes to explore Tango and CI, and include:

 • Mind and body centering – breathe, centre yourself, your mind and body

• Through Chi Gung, connect with your centre, bringing attention and energy there

• Move out of your habitual mind occupation and into your body, and be free of your problems, stresses, concerns

• Move and dance, while continuing to breathe, focus and remain centred in the core of your body

• Explore movement, dance, physicality, and imagination - alone, and with others

• Contact Improvisation Techniques: weight sharing, counter balance, moving from the point of contact, falling, rolling, spiralling, lifting, flying, sliding, body alignment and structure, listening, following and leading

• Tango Techniques

• Partner Yoga, Inversion Therapy and Bodywork
