Tipsy Treats--Canning with Spirits Class

This is a brand new version of my super popular canning class. This time around, we will be featuring all 'tipsy' treats, made with wine, whiskey and other spirits. In this class, we will be making maple bourbon bacon jam, white wine peach and raspberry jam, red wine strawberry jam and whiskey barbecue sauce. All of these will be great to have around for summer picnics and get togethers or make great last minute wedding or housewarming gifts.

Each participant will get to take home beautifully decorated jars of our finished products. Beverages and lunch will be provided and will feature some of the yummy things we will be making.

It will be fun to learn the techniques of making the goodies, as well as learning some fun ways to use them in recipes.

This class will run approximately 4 hours with a break for lunch. Please bring an apron if you have one. (if you don't, I have plenty of extras--don't make a special trip to purchase one)
