Tapas and Sangria--OLE!

This is a hands on class, so please be prepared to roll up your sleeves and get cookin'. We will be making ham and chicken croquettes with garlic aioli, goat cheese tartlets, tortilla espanola with sofrito, gambas al ajillo, and cinnamon spiced bunuelos with chile chocolate dipping sauce. After we work together to prepare the dishes, we will sit down to our own tapas meal with the best ever spiced peach sangria. If you have an apron, please bring it, if not, I have plenty to share.
