Please join me in a celebration of the unique and amazing tastes of Morocco. Together, we will prepare a beautiful and delicious feast of Moroccan delicacies and enjoy them together in traditional style.

To enhance our day of Moroccan culture, we will start the event with a short 'field trip' to Baiz Market. Baiz is one of my favorite culinary haunts and was recently featured in Chow Bella's list of favorite Valley specialty markets. We will meet at my place PROMPTLY at 2:00 to gather carpools to drive over to Baiz (about 2 mile drive). We will spend between 45 min.-1 hour perusing the market and then head back to prepare our feast. Please bring some cash or credit card (you must have a minimum $10 purchase to use a card) if you want to do some shopping while you're there.

We will be eating Moroccan style--on large floor pillows at a low table, so please dress comfortably and appropriately to be seated this way.
