C++ User Group Sofia Meeting 7

This month we will try a little different format. We will begin as usual with "News roundup" discussion, but then it will be followed by a few ligthning talks (up to 10-15 minutes each) on different topics. If anyone wants to give a lightning talk, please contact me.
